Fiorella Tidei graduated in accounting and for several years now has been part of the IPRS administration and accounting management. In particular, she is specialized in the management, coordination and reporting of both Italian and European projects financed through National and International funds. Her role includes identifying and selecting tenders in which to participate as well as dealing with suppliers, general and analytical accounting and IT interventions.

As one of the administration managers, over the years she has gained considerable experience in event organizing. From business meetings to large scale conferences, her skills include planning and overseeing the entire event and its successful outcome. In addition, she is responsible for staff and workplace safety and the procedures to guarantee quality of work.

She has worked at the Psychoanalytic Institute for Social Research (IPRS) since 2004.
