Dans le cadre du projet PON “Liberi di scegliere”, le deuxième cycle de rencontres au niveau européen sur la justice réparatrice se poursuit avec la participation d’experts d’Irlande du Nord, de France, de Suède, d’Espagne.

La deuxième réunion intitulée «ÉVALUATION DES RÉSULTATS ET DE L’IMPACT DE LA JUSTICE RÉPARATRICE. REGARD OPÉRATIONNEL» se tiendra le mercredi 20 octobre 2021, de 11h00 à 13h00 CET.

Invitée du séminaire Michèle Guillaume-Hofnung, professeure émérite de la faculté de droit à Paris, Directrice de l’institut de médiation IMGH.

  Eleonore Lind, over 30 years of experience in mediation and restorative justice and trainer for the Institutet för Medlarutbildning.

  Jose Castilla Jiménez, lawyer expert in civil, criminal and penitentiary law and President of the Andalusa Mediation Association (AMEDI).
